It is labeled as an adult size Medium but could also fit well as an adult small. Measurements below: pit to pit: 19" length: 27" We did our best to remove and dispose of any pins holding the shirt together in the original packaging, but they are very small and we may have missed some. So we cannot guarantee they have all been removed. Please handle carefully
