In silver, a black and white enamelled Latin cross, the obverse medallion featuring a red enamelled cross on a white field, surrounded by a dark blue enamelled ring inscribed ORDO TEUT HUMANITATI, the reverse bears the year 1871, measures 34. 7mm (w) x 45. 5mm (h), weighs 17. 5 grams including ribbon, worn on the original trifold ribbon, small areas of enamel wear to the obverse enamel ring, remains in near extremely fine
